About Christina
Christina Ensalata
I’m Christina Ensalata (she/her), and I’m passionate about changing the world through mental healthcare system reform and helping people learn how to be in healthy relationship with themselves and others. I am a former career licensed public school teacher, a psychiatric survivor, queer-identified, and a DCF foster/respite parent.
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University, and I am a rostered, non-licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of Vermont. This means I am finishing clinical hours before receiving my license. My clinical supervisor is Amy Poland Little, LCMHC.
I believe in offering somatic, experiential, and partswork-based counseling to others because it’s been the most instrumental practice to date in my own journey of healing, and I believe that everyone has a right to a quality of life that is satisfying to them.

Out-of-pocket rate: $110 for a 50-minute session payable by check at the time of service
